- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or fresh in larger amounts
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme or Italian seasoning

Method
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
