- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Sandwich Layers
- 2 slices sourdough or sandwich bread toasted
- ½ avocado avocado thinly sliced
- 4 ounces sliced turkey
- 2 slices bacon crisp cooked
- 1 roma tomato tomato sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, dijon, and garlic powder.
Spread the shortcut aioli over one side of each piece of toasted bread.
Layer the sliced avocado over the aioli and sprinkle it with a pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
Next layer on the sliced turkey followed by the bacon and tomato.
Lastly, pile on the arugula and drizzle it with olive oil.
Season with another pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
Place the second piece of bread, dressing side down, on top of the arugula and enjoy.
