Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Sandwich Layers

  • 2 slices sourdough or sandwich bread toasted
  • ½ avocado avocado thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces sliced turkey
  • 2 slices bacon crisp cooked
  • 1 roma tomato tomato sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, dijon, and garlic powder.
  • Spread the shortcut aioli over one side of each piece of toasted bread.
  • Layer the sliced avocado over the aioli and sprinkle it with a pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Next layer on the sliced turkey followed by the bacon and tomato.
  • Lastly, pile on the arugula and drizzle it with olive oil.
  • Season with another pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Place the second piece of bread, dressing side down, on top of the arugula and enjoy.
