Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread I used Trader Joe’s sourdough
  • 3 slices oven roasted turkey breast
  • 2 slices Havarti cheese
  • 1 small apple
  • 0.5 cup arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Mustard from Trader Joe’s
  • 1 tablespoon light mayo
  • 6-8 coins dill pickle
  • 6-8 pieces Dill Pickle Potato Chips from Trader Joe’s
  • Fresh lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Lay two pieces of bread on a cutting board.
  • On one slice of bread, spread a thin layer of mayo and add a few slices of cheese on top.
  • On the other slice of bread, spread dill pickle mustard and layer thinly sliced apple slices on top.
  • Add the turkey breast on top of the apples. Then, add the pickle coins.
  • Add another squirt of mayo if desired.
  • Toss the arugula in some fresh lemon juice & salt and pepper before adding it on top of the turkey.
  • Add dill pickle chips on top of the arugula for extra crunch.
  • Flip the sandwich together and push it all together.
  • Slice in half and ENJOY!

Notes

I recommend making this sandwich the day you'll eat it. Wrap it tightly in saran wrap if preparing in the morning. This sandwich tastes delicious grilled.
