Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice 100% pure, unsweetened juice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup optional, can substitute for honey or agave syrup

Instructions
 

  • Pour the orange juice and maple syrup into your blender and pulse to combine.
  • Add the frozen strawberries, pineapple, and mango to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding more orange juice if needed.
  • Divide the smoothie between glasses, garnishing with fresh strawberries, mango, and pineapple. Serve immediately.

Notes

Freshly squeezed orange juice works well, but bottled 100% pure juice is also fine. Citrus juices like lime, blood orange, or grapefruit can substitute for orange juice. Dilute lemon juice with another juice for balance.
