- 1 pound Sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 8 oz pre-parboiled tortellini
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini or squash, chopped
- 5.2 oz Boursin cheese
- Avocado oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon butter
- Buttery steakhouse seasoning
Preheat the griddle on high heat. Add avocado oil to the griddle and then add all the vegetables except for the spinach.
Drizzle more avocado oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are translucent and the cherry tomatoes are blistered or soft.
On the other side of the griddle, still on high heat, add the sirloin steak chunks. Season with buttery steakhouse seasoning.
In the middle of the griddle, set to medium-high heat, add the tortellini along with a small amount of water. Cover with a dome and cook for about 3 minutes, or until the tortellini is heated through.
Once the steak is cooked, mix it with the vegetables and tortellini. Add the spinach and Boursin cheese. Toss everything together until the cheese is melted and well combined with the tortellini, vegetables, and steak.
Serve on a platter and enjoy!
