Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cooled spinach-mushroom mixture, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
  • Cut the log into 8 equal slices and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
