Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups salted butter melted

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 0.75 cups marshmallow cream

Toppings

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • mini marshmallows for topping
  • chopped graham crackers for topping
  • Hershey chocolate bars for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add whipped topping and marshmallow cream; mix until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  • Heat cream until bubbling; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour ganache over cheesecake filling.
  • Top with mini marshmallows, chopped graham crackers, and Hershey’s bars.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These bars are a no-bake dessert, perfect for summer gatherings.
