  • 2 teaspoons Oregano thyme can be used as a substitute

Cooking Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and salt in a large glass bowl.
  • Coat the lamb chops in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 6 hours.
  • Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the marinated lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and reaching 135°F.
  • Alternatively, grill the chops for 3-4 minutes per side until the same internal temperature is reached.
