  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • dash salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and use a spoon to combine well.
  • Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Use a tablespoon scoop to remove mixture and roll into balls.
  • Keep refrigerated (for 2 weeks) or in freezer (3 months).
