Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Toppings

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 8 maraschino cherries
  • ¼ cup pecans or nuts

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a pan to form the crust. Chill briefly to set.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly.
  • Layer drained pineapple, sliced bananas, and strawberries over the filling.
  • Spread whipped topping over the fruit. Chill for several hours or overnight until firm.
  • Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and top with chocolate chips, nuts, and cherries.

Notes

Chill for at least 4 hours for clean slices. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. You can freeze before adding toppings and thaw before serving. Customize toppings as desired.
