Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup milk (122 g)
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (or mayo or sour cream)
Cheese and Spices
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese (divided, 75 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon paprika
- black pepper to taste

Preparation
Slice each chicken breast into two strips (or three if they are large). Place in a bowl and cover with milk. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, half the grated parmesan, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, season with salt, and spread yogurt mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle the remainder of the parmesan and a little more paprika on top.
Bake for 40 minutes and then broil for a few minutes to get some color.
