Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces chicken fillets
  • 2 pieces burger buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in one bowl.
  • Beat eggs in another bowl and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Fry chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Toast buns lightly and spread mayonnaise.
  • Assemble sandwich with chicken and lettuce, then serve.

Notes

Keep oil temperature steady for best results. Do not overcrowd the pan. Let chicken rest before frying for better coating.
