For the Crust

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup hot honey store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • red pepper flakes optional for extra heat

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the flatbread evenly with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with fresh thyme and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Slice and serve warm.
