Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix with honey, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Prepare the loaf pan by lightly greasing it.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt, then gently mix until combined.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 50 minutes until golden and set.
  • Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep the bread soft. Let it cool before slicing for clean cuts.
