Honey

Instructions
Take each date and cut a slit on one side. Take out the pits and squeeze the ends of the dates to open them up.
Add some ricotta to each date, filling the center.
Carefully chop the pistachios into small pieces with a sharp knife.
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of each date.
Drizzle some honey on top of the dates and enjoy!
