Ingredients
  

  • 20 pieces Medjool Dates pitted
  • ½ cup dairy free ricotta
  • cup pistachios chopped
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Take each date and cut a slit on one side. Take out the pits and squeeze the ends of the dates to open them up.
  • Add some ricotta to each date, filling the center.
  • Carefully chop the pistachios into small pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of each date.
  • Drizzle some honey on top of the dates and enjoy!
