Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes Sweet
  • 25 grams Red Onion Diced
  • Black pepper Freshly ground 1 pinch
  • Salt Himalayan 1 pinch
  • 1 small Cucumber We use Mini or English, Cucumbers.

Dressings

  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tbs Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash veggies thoroughly.
  • Thinly slice cucumber. Dice red onion. Cut cherry tomatoes in halves lengthwise.
  • Combine all in a bowl. Prepare your dressing by mixing olive oil, honey, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper and salt.
  • Mix it all together and enjoy!

Serve cold for best taste.
