Ingredients
  

For the Fruit

  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Blackberries or substitute with blueberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries or substitute with raspberries
  • 2 cups Mandarin Oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2 pcs Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves can be replaced with basil

For the Dressing

  • ½ cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Zest of Orange
  • 2 tablespoon Honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds can be omitted
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Whisk together the freshly squeezed orange juice, orange zest, honey, poppy seeds, and a pinch of nutmeg in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Combine the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and kiwi in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the orange dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss everything together.
  • Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve garnished with torn fresh mint leaves.
