For the Fruit

- 1 cup Blackberries or substitute with blueberries
- 1 cup Blueberries or substitute with raspberries
- 2 cups Mandarin Oranges peeled and segmented
- 2 pcs Kiwi peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves can be replaced with basil
For the Dressing
- ½ cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Zest of Orange
- 2 tablespoon Honey adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds can be omitted
- 1 pinch Nutmeg optional
Preparation
Whisk together the freshly squeezed orange juice, orange zest, honey, poppy seeds, and a pinch of nutmeg in a small bowl until well combined.
