For the Wrap
- 4 pieces burrito-size tortillas use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for dietary needs
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked, chopped chicken, baby kale, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and the optional dry ranch mix. Stir until everything is well blended.
Lay a burrito-size tortilla flat. Sprinkle ¼ to ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
Place ⅓ to ½ cup of the chicken mixture on top of the cheese, forming a straight line down the center.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling tightly, then press to seal.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of avocado oil. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet, slice the wraps in half, and serve them warm.
