Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz mashed avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Dutch cocoa powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 10 oz chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Feel free to use your favorite store bought or homemade pie crust, or keep it crustless and serve in ramekins. The raw chocolate crust recipe I used is included above.
  • For the chocolate avocado pie, first make sure your avocado is ripe. Carefully melt the chocolate chips.
  • Add all pie ingredients to a blender or food processor, and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour over the crust, and refrigerate until firm. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to four days.
