10ozchocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips
¼teaspoonsalt
3tablespoonsweetener of choice
1teaspoonpure vanilla extractoptional
Instructions
Feel free to use your favorite store bought or homemade pie crust, or keep it crustless and serve in ramekins. The raw chocolate crust recipe I used is included above.
For the chocolate avocado pie, first make sure your avocado is ripe. Carefully melt the chocolate chips.
Add all pie ingredients to a blender or food processor, and blend until completely smooth.
Pour over the crust, and refrigerate until firm. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to four days.
