Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 block feta cheese 8 oz
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place feta block in center of baking dish.
  • Arrange cherry tomatoes around feta. Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over top.
  • Drizzle olive oil over feta and tomatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle honey over feta. Serve warm with crusty bread for dipping.
