Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 kg chicken thighs or drumsticks or wings (any combination)

Sauce

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2.5 tablespoon soy sauce all purpose or light
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar loosely packed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or 1 ½ teaspoon garlic paste

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  • Line a baking dish with foil and baking/parchment paper.
  • Mix together Sauce in a bowl.
  • Place chicken in baking dish, skin side down for thighs and wings.
  • Pour over Sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Turn chicken over, spoon over sauce.
  • Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Stand for 5 minutes, then spoon Sauce over chicken and serve.

Notes

Chicken can be bone in thighs, drumsticks, wings. Needs skin. Recipe does not work with breast without adjustments. If using frozen chicken, ensure it is thawed and patted dry before proceeding.
